- Developed internal Learning Management System (LMS) in Perl/PHP that provided a set of tools that showed a $2.71 ROI for every $1 invested in training. Recipient: "The Extra Mile" award.
- Selected by management to coordinate the implementation of enterprise-wide Siebel system for the training function.
- Managed Windows NT and 2000 servers and clients, as well as FreeBSD and Solaris servers that provided email (Sendmail/qpopper), DNS (Bind), Web (Apache/ISS), Database Services (ODBC/MySQL), Streaming Video (RealServer), Shell access, and authentication for the training department.
- Designed, implemented, and maintained department wide network utilizing Cisco Catalyst 2900 and 5200 switches and Cisco 2500, 2600, 5200, and 7200 routers.
- Created and presented a 27-page security audit of the training environment to upper management. As a result, only one minor security incident occurred within two years.
- Created training simulations for Cisco, Juniper, Netopia, Ascend, Portmaster, Redback, and Zyxel routers, which helped to increase the effectiveness of training to over 97% success.
